Looking for one of the most scrumptious cookie recipes? Here is one of the most delicious and gooey cookies I’ve ever tasted! I first tried them this summer when I was experimenting different cookie recipes to find the perfect one. After eating them, I thought, “Where have these cookies been all my life?” If you want to experience this sweet deliciousness yourself, here’s how:Ingredients:
¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
⅓ butter flavored shortening (I used regular butter)
1 cup sugar
⅔ cup sugar
⅔ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups flour
⅔ cup unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1 ¼ tsp salt
16 oreos, crushed
1 Heath bar, crushed
1 Hershey’s Cookies and Cream bar, crushed
1 cup chocolate chips
¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
⅓ butter flavored shortening (I used regular butter)
1 cup sugar
⅔ cup sugar
⅔ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups flour
⅔ cup unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1 ¼ tsp salt
16 oreos, crushed
1 Heath bar, crushed
1 Hershey’s Cookies and Cream bar, crushed
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit
- beat butter until creamy
- gradually add sugar
- add eggs and vanilla until blended
- combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in separate bowl
- gradually add dry mixture to butter mixture
- stir in oreos, candy, and chocolate chips
- chill dough for 30 minutes
- create dough balls, about the size of a regular Tootsie lollipop, and put them on a cookie sheet pan
- bake for 10-12 minutes (shorter time for a more chewy cookie and longer for a crispier version)
ENJOY!!
