    Pumpkin Delight Cupcakes

    Whether it’s Thanksgiving, Christmas, birthday parties, or if you just have a sweet tooth, this recipe is perfect for you! Treat your guests to some homemade cupcakes that will make them keep coming back for more! It’s a great dessert, not just for the kids, but for everyone! These cupcakes will be the finishing touch to your holiday meal and even cranky in-laws will surely be put in the celebratory mood! Here is a great recipe that will satisfy your pumpkin and peanut-butter cravings!

    Quick n’ Easy Pumpkin Delight Cupcakes Recipe

    Ingredients

    • ½ cup of water
    • ⅓ cup of vegetable oil
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 pouch of Krusteaz Pumpkin Spice
    • 1 can of Pillsbury Easy Frost Cream Cheese
    • 1 bag of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup
    1. Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees F
    2. Mix water, oil, eggs and a pouch of Krusteaz Pumpkin Spice in a bowl until smooth..
    3. Carefully scoop into muffin cups, fill by ⅔.
    4. Put into oven.
    5. Set time done: 20-25 minutes
    6. Check oven again after 22 minutes. If cupcakes are almost formed, lower heat to 230 degrees F.
    7. Wait an extra 7 minutes, then carefully take out the cupcakes and set them to cool for about 10-15 minutes.
    8. While cooling, take Reese’s Peanut Butter cups and place them in a separate, clean plastic bowl.
    9. Take a fork and grind the candy.
    10. When cupcakes are cooled, frost them with Pillsbury Cream Cheese.
    11. Take grounded Reese’s Peanut Butter candy and sprinkle on top of the cupcake
      Voila! C’est magnifique!

    Tips:  Krusteaz Pumpkin Spice mix can be found at your local Costco.
    Carefully follow the  instructions behind Krusteaz Pumpkin Spice pouches.
    Reese’s Peanut Butter cups can be substituted with other types of candy (i.e. Twix,
    Snickers)
    The Cream Cheese Frosting can be substituted by Pillsbury Vanilla frosting.
