    Chunky Chocolate Gobs!

Looking for one of the most scrumptious cookie recipes?  Here is one of the most delicious and gooey cookies I’ve ever tasted!  I first tried them this summer when I was experimenting different cookie recipes to find the perfect one.  After eating them, I thought, “Where have these cookies been all my life?”  If you want to experience this sweet deliciousness yourself, here’s how:Ingredients:
    ¾  cup unsalted butter, softened
⅓ butter flavored shortening (I used regular butter)
    1 cup sugar
    ⅔ cup sugar
    ⅔ cup brown sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    2 cups flour
    ⅔ cup unsweetened cocoa
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 ¼ tsp salt
    16 oreos, crushed
    1 Heath bar, crushed
1 Hershey’s Cookies and Cream bar, crushed
    1 cup chocolate chips

    Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit
    2. beat butter until creamy
    3. gradually add sugar
    4. add eggs and vanilla until blended
    5. combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in separate bowl
    6. gradually add dry mixture to butter mixture
    7. stir in oreos, candy, and chocolate chips
    8. chill dough for 30 minutes
    9. create dough balls, about the size of a regular Tootsie lollipop,  and put them on a cookie sheet pan
    10. bake for 10-12 minutes (shorter time for a more chewy cookie and longer for a crispier version)

    ENJOY!!
